What is preferred arrival date?

We understand that some brides may need their package arrived to their destination well before their wedding date. In order for us to accurately and safely deliver your package in time, please provide us with your preferred arrival date. Your package will arrive 2+ days before your preferred arrival date.

(i.e. you are traveling for a destination wedding on a specific date and need your package before then)

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address (make sure the name and address match to prevent a failed delivery).

Please notify us if your shipping address changes after your wedding, so we can deliver your physical prints to the correct address

Your wedding film is our top priority and it is critical to ensure proper use the first time. Using a Cheecam will always carry risk - it is 100% real film and you only get one chance to make the shot count. Test the cameras before wedding:

Upon receiving your film cameras, please test the flash and advance wheel to ensure optimal condition. While we conduct a flash test before shipping, we want to ensure everything meets your expectations.

How to know if your film is gone?

Follow these rules:

• IF the advance wheel clicks in, THEN there is film left. You can keep shooting.
• IF the advance wheel keeps winding without clicking in, THEN the film roll is finished, you can stop. Even if the camera's film count number shows differently, if the advance wheel keeps winding, the film is finished. 

Flash Reminder

In situations where flash is not used, especially in low-light conditions, there is a higher likelihood that your photos may not achieve the desired quality. Please make the extra effort to remind your guest to use the flash, it will make a huge difference.

Film Quantity:

It's important to note that your film photo quantity will vary based on a couple of key factors.

1. If there are film shots left unused on any film rolls, they will turn out blank. (Your film roll is complete when the advance wheel keeps winding, not based on counter number)
2. If the flash is not used, specifically in dark conditions, the film quality may drastically decrease and may be hard to expose properly resulting in less.
3. Your digital film gallery quantity may vary based on these factors.
