Return Process
Enjoy free shipping with all orders plus an included pre-paid return label for seamless returns.
To return the cameras, please pack them up in the box it originally shipped in. Please include the original foam inserts to keep the cameras protected during travel. Once it’s packed, just drop the package off at your local USPS.
When can i expect my film back?
Our film turnaround, including development, scanning, retouching, and uploading to your private gallery, is typically 2-3 weeks after we receive all your cameras.
Please not we require all cameras returned together for a smooth and timely process. Please contact us for special requests.

What film do you use?
Our team individually loads your film before your event.
We use Fujifilm ISO 400 36exp film.
How many exposures per camera?
Each film camera has 36 exposures per camera.
3pack = 108 photos
6 pack = 216 photos

Do you provide physical prints?
Yes! We are excited to offer 4x6" luster finish physical prints (plus optional album book)

Can I share the online gallery with friends and family?
Yes, one of the advantages of our packages is the ability to share your online gallery with friends and family easy and fast.
How do I send my disposable cameras in for development?
Once your wedding is finished, simply collect the cameras and put them in the original box with the return label for shipping out at your nearest post office.

We want to assure you that your satisfaction and the quality of your film are of the utmost importance to us.
How can I ensure the day goes smoothly?
We highly recommend designating a helper to distribute and collect the disposable cameras during your wedding day to prevent any lost or misplaced cameras.
We also recommend handing the cameras to trusted friends who you trust to take amazing photos. Although kids are fun, we do not recommend them using it.
We find the biggest hassle is collecting the cameras at the end, so we encourage you to have a plan set in place before your event.
What if I have to fly to my wedding?
Yes, you can fly and travel with your cheecams. However, please do not check them in your checked bag!!
Bring them with you through TSA and have an agent hand check them.
Also, please plan accordingly with your preferred arrival date to ensure you receive your package in time.
What if I lose the return label?
Simply email us at support@cheecam.com and we will send you a new one.
Please note, we only provide 1 return label per order. IF you need extra return labels for multiple events, there will be a $20 charge
How do I know if the film roll is done?
When you can’t wind the advance wheel anymore and the number indicator on the camera gets to 0, the film is finished. Make sure to stop taking photos and prepare the camera for return.
What kind of film retouching do you do?
Your wedding film will be edited for contrast/exposure, red-eye, and will be exported as both color and b&w.
Our goal is to maintain the retro, film look that makes disposable film special.

Does the album book come with the package?
If you choose our "digital scans + physical film prints + album book" package, our album book will be included complimentary with your physical prints.
