Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our Cheecam Luxe Edition purchased directly from Cheecam's website you may request a 50% refund upon receiving your film. We strive to provide you with a memorable and delightful experience.

Refund Eligibility

We understand circumstances may happen, and you may need to request a refund Our refund policy is as follows:

1.Gallery Date:Your refund eligibility is based on your gallery date, which is the date when you receive access to your wedding photos taken with our disposable film cameras.

2.14-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund of 50% of the total purchase price if your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your gallery date.

Cancellation Policy

If you decide Cheecam is not a great fit for your wedding, you may request a cancellation before your event. Please note the following terms:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 6 or more months before the event date.
  • 75% refund for cancellations made within 4-6 months of the event.
  • 25% refund for cancellations made within 2-4 months of the event
  • No refund available for cancellations made within 2-4 months of the event.

Special Conditions

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every refund with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a refund (even within 14 days after receiving your gallery) in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products lost or damaged due to misplacement or reckless care (including mishandling by postal service)
  • Film photos that do not turn out as expected due to fault use, improper handling, and lack of flash

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@cheecam.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
